Day Of Ticketing Services
Within the lobby doors on the left there will be box office staff to assist in any of your ticketing needs the day of your production. If picking up tickets via will call, only the original ticket buyer may pick up the tickets and must have a valid photo ID.

Digital Tickets - Save To Apple Wallet
No need to wait in line at will call or print your tickets at home! When purchasing your tickets online, select Ticket Wallet as your method of delivery.
To access your tickets visit wallet.thetracy.com.
Login using the same credentials you have established to purchase your online tickets.
Once logged in, access to all of your purchased tickets will live under the MY EVENTS tab.
Tap the event for more details and your scannable QR code will appear for your admission to the event.
Pro tip: We recommend at this stage to save your tickets to Apple Wallet for even easier access the day of your event!

Day Of Event Information
- The Tracy does not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the theater. We ask that you please leave these items in your vehicle. There is a bar located in the main lobby where you may purchase refreshments.
- Parking is available directly in front of the venue and is free.
- Doors open approximately 60 mins prior to each production. We ask that you take extra time into consideration if picking up your tickets at Will Call the day of your production. Late arrivals and those exiting during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
- The use of cameras, cellphones, or other recording devices will be announced during the announcement of the productions prior to the start of the show.
- The Tracy is ADA accessible. Please reach out to our box office at 352-753-6600 so that they may best accommodate your needs.
Ticket Refund Policies
Exchanges / Returns
All sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
Inclement Weather
Please contact our Box Office at 352-753-6600 with any questions or concerns regarding the postponement or cancellation of an event. Cancelled or rescheduled event refunds will be considered based on the individual event, however if the event is not cancelled or rescheduled no refunds will be provided.
Ticket/Account Changes
Any changes to an existing ticket purchase or account can only be made by the original patron.
Reselling Tickets
Pursuant to s.817.36, Florida Statutes, tickets may not be offered or resold for more than $1 over the original admission price of the ticket.
To avoid ticketing scams, be sure you purchase tickets to The Tracy Performing Arts Center events only through our in person box office locations, by phone at 352-753-6600 , or online at thetracy.com.
Other third-party ticketing websites and vendors are not authorized to sell tickets to The Tracy Performing Arts Center events, and we cannot guarantee validity, refund, or otherwise be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources. *Due to the popularity of our events, Social media is also a hotspot for ticketing scams with users attempting to sell fake tickets to our events.
