Center Stage
Welcoming guests through our grand lobby, The Tracy Performing Arts Center is a 20,000 square foot facility with a state-of-the-art theater at the centerpiece, accommodating more than 800 guests. Using the latest in acoustical, digital, audio-visual and enhanced lighting systems, The Tracy meets the needs of all performance genres.
Fine Arts & Education
At the heart of our community lies the award-winning, “A” rated The Villages Charter School, located adjacent to The Tracy, where we embrace the opportunity for young artists to explore every facet of the arts through our programs and Fine Arts Academy.
